IT Business Analyst II -
- Working closely with all levels of end users, including executive level staff, to quickly prototype possible approaches to problems, and then implement the final solution.
- Gathering and performing thorough analyses of all the information available. • Enhancing business processes when applicable.
- Creating and documenting the business requirements. • Creating and managing project plans. • Communicating with the development team to schedule development of system modifications and/or new modules.
3 or more years experience in business analysis, requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
Extensive professional experience in requirement analysis and IT system analysis
Strong writing skills
Ability to work on large-scale projects with many diverse contributors
Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required
Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required
Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
