Web Application Developer
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field.
* Strong HTML/JavaScript/CSS skills. Hands on experience with current popular JavaScript packages such as ExtJS, Prototype, jQuery, etc.
* Object-oriented JavaScript programming and server side language (i.e., Java, PHP) experience.
* Knowledge of browser compatibility issues when using JavaScript and CSS and knowledge of relevant W3C standards and best practices.
* Strong ability to work on a variety of internal and external-facing Web 2.0 applications and libraries.
* Stays current with the latest advancements in the evolving world of web programming.
* Passion for web standards and the know-how to apply successfully in client-side and server-side web development.
* Passion for exploring and experimenting with cutting-edge technologies including enthusiasm about the possibilities that AJAX, HTML5, and CSS3 affords.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, changing environment.
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
* Experience with SCRUM or other agile methodology.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Experience with Spring.
* SQL programming with procedures and views (Sybase experience a plus.)
* Graphic design for the web.
