Qualifications - External:
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience: 5+ years in Business Application Development or a related field.
Skills/Knowledge:
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
• Understands business processes in one or more functional business areas.
• Knowledge of relevant technologies, tools, and extract, transfer and load technologies (e.g. Unix shell scripts, PL SQL, Oracle Transparent Gateway, ETL tools)
TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Ability to think in the abstract in order to compare similar – but not exact – business processes.
• Translation of requirements and models into highly effective technical processes and/or business system designs.

• Ability to estimate tasks for business application development/enhancement projects.
• Project management: planning and executing projects from vision through implementation.
• Motivated to stay abreast of the current technology environment and understand future technology trends.
