Front-End Development Lead
* Create browser based user interfaces that are easy to use intuitive and incorporate the latest technologies
* Lead an agile team in designing and delivering functionality
* Drive a high level of code quality through test automation and peer reviews
* Drive the source control strategy to enable continuous integration and automated testing to maximize your team’s efficiency
* Communicate effectively with the cross-functional organization
* Assist management in resource and time estimation to create delivery plans
* Assist in hiring and mentoring the team
* 8+ years building web applications
* 3+ years leading a team of developers formally or informally
* Expert understanding of HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, W3C standards, cross browser issues
* Expert knowledge of Ruby/ROR, PHP, Java or another managed language. Solid CS fundamentals.
* Expertise in modern web development technologies, tools like couchDB/Memcache/Node.js
* Knowledge of latest design and development trends for different devices
* Excellent coding and debugging skills with an attention to detail and agile development practices
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering. Masters or PhD is preferred
* Prior experience or knowledge of DevOps tools like Puppet, Chef, Capistrano, Glu etc is desirable
* Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
