Senior Software Engineer

Minimum candidate requirements
· Experience with data mining techniques. Specific desired skills include document classification, unsupervised learning, and recommendation engines
· At least BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field
· Advanced to expert in Java
· Proven experience with one or more predictive analytics software tools
· Must be a self-starter, creative, highly motivated and responsible
· Experience with Hadoop or an equivalent MapReduce style processing
· Possess the versatility, foresight and maturity to transcend beyond specific schools of programming and focus on solving business problems with the appropriate tools

· Possess excellent all-round communication skills
Desired Experience (preferred but not essential)
· Prefer Enterprise Java development experience
· Prefer familiarity with Spring or other Inversion of Control Frameworks
