Application Implementation and Support Engineer

* Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve client issues and requests escalated from the App Support Team * Collaborate with and support other internal teams on customer issues and planning * Document issues, resolutions and impact for internal teams and customers * Perform software upgrades and coordinate with Project Managers to address customer issues * Communicate status of incidents and requests, and discuss resolution timeframe with stakeholders to resolve technical issues * Perform implementations, working closely with Project Managers and adhering to the project schedule * Make recommendations on how the software and processes can be improved * Work independently and proactively with strong decision making and problem solving skills * Track time spent on each customer

* Bachelorís Degree in Computer Science or related discipline * 4+ years experience developing or supporting enterprise applications * Extensive experience with SQL, database queries and scripting languages (such as PowerShell) * Strong problem-solving, root case analysis, and data analysis skills * Proficiency with Web applications and Windows * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate internal and external coordination with various IT and non-IT teams * Ability to handle multiple tasks * Clear ability to drive towards results * Demonstrated ability to work independently and successfully in a demanding environment
