Senior Web Developer
BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Eight or more years of experience in full life cycle software development and overseeing software development efforts.
Software Language and environment experience will include knowledge of:
Java, JEE, Hibernate, JBoss, GWT, Flex, JavaScript, Echo2, JUnit, Spring, Eclipse, IDE, OOD experience.
Excellent communication skills
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Desired skills: OpenGL, Spring, Groovy, Maven, Hudson/Jenkins, GIS applications
· Full lifecycle Web application development
· Under close to limited supervision designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.
· Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
· Software modeling and simulation
· Front end graphical user interface design
· Software testing and quality assurance
· Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
· Support, maintain and document software functionality
· Integrate software with existing systems
· Participates in writing product and user documentation
