Description
Web Applications Engineer
You will be responsible for a variety of software engineering tasks, including analysis, secure web application design and development to support the needs of internet-based applications and systems using Microsoft technologies.
The successful candidate will possess the following key attributes:
· Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Electric Engineering or similar field
· Extensive experience in the design of secure Web Applications and clients
· Experience with MS C# and ASP.NET related technologies preferred, or similar in open source domain
· Experience with RIA based development like Silverlight is very beneficial
· Strong application/system analysis and design skills, creative problem solving ability
· A strong focus on delivering value to customers using an agile development process
· Excellent English communication ability
· A motivated team player with a high degree of initiative, focus, flexibility and drive
· Past experience designing or developing web clients for enterprise systems is highly desirable
· GIS and Geospatial application experience is beneficial
