Windows 8 Mobile Software Engineer
* Gather requirements from multiple business team members and provide solutions that are reusable and easily maintained
* Work independently to do requirements analysis, design, prototyping, development, unit testing and implementation
* Develop code using C++/C#, XAML using Visual Studio 11 for Windows 8 Metro devices
* Work both as a team as well as an individual to meet goals
* Prototype features quickly to help the business team think through and fine-tune requirements.
* Troubleshoot problems with existing products
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in software application development
* Minimum of 3 year of experience in Windows development using Visual Studio
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in C++/C#
* Familiarity with Windows 8 Metro, WinRT and the Metro Application Model.
* Expert knowledge of development “best practices”, particularly with C/C++, DirectX/OpenGL and mobile resource management
* Strong knowledge of C/C++/C#
* Experience developing code using Visual Studio.
* Experience using a source code repository (team foundation server and/or SVN)
* Experience in front end web languages (HTML5, CSS, XML, JavaScript)
* Experience with Design Patterns, Data Structures and Object Orientated Design Principles
* Read and understand iOS/Objective-C to aid in porting existing applications
* Excellent communication skills
* Willing and eager to work in a fast paced environment with aggressive timelines
* ASP.NET experience is a plus
