C++ Engineer - Software Developer
Work with browser plug-ins and web applications
Implement new features and new interfaces, so it you need to have expertise in JavaScript and web technologies.
Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
Designs and develops user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle.
Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Bachelors degree or College diploma or equivalent experience
8 or more years of development team experience
Strong C++ / COM / Windows development, preferably with Active Template Library (ATL) experience
Experience developing Internet Explorer add on products
Web application front-end technology (XUL / HTML / CSS / JavaScript)
Knowledge of browser plug-ins and extensions and architecture
Some Experience of the E-Business Suite 11i and/or R12, PeopleSoft 9.0 and/or 9.1, or and/or JD Edwards 8.12+ and/or 9.1 financial modules a strong plus (e.g. Payables, PO, General Ledger Experience with implementing and E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, or JD Edwards interfaces and API's)
Experience with Accounts Payable solutions and processes a strong plus
Experience with Java programming language in context of Oracle SOA Suite 10g or Oracle SOA Suite 11g is a strong plus
