Internal Software Engineer
Successful Internal Software Engineers will be able to create applications that work both seamlessly and independently with third-party software. The successful candidate must be interested in creating a variety of applications that will be used by in-house end users, in addition to being detail oriented and possessing excellent problem solving and analytical abilities. The Internal Software Engineer will work with a dynamic, collaborative development team in an entrepreneurial environment.
* Design, implement and debug applications using .NET framework
* Confirm requirements, develop and test code, and manage product deliverables to targeted release dates
* Adhere to the company's software development methods (based on Agile)
* Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to effectively test software releases
* Interface with operations team members for requirements gathering and execution
* Interface with the technology department for deployments and cohesive product development
Internal Software Engineer
* 1-3 Years of working experience (after college graduation)
* BA/BS in Computer Science
* Self-motivated, takes initiative with minimal direction
* Strong experience with an object oriented language such as C#
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to learn and use new technologies
* Familiarity with Microsoft Technologies such as TFS
* Familiarity with Sharepoint a plus
* Experience working in financial industry a plus
