Sr. .NET Developer
• Take ownership of development assignments. This includes gathering and understanding requirements, technical specifications, design, architecture, implementation, unit testing, builds/deployments, and code management.
• Interface and communicate effectively with business partners
• Taking non-technical business requirements and design technical solutions
• Demonstrate experience at considering pros and cons of technical options and choosing the best option
• Collaborate with onsite and offsite team members effectively
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and responsibility with assignments
• Be a self-starter that is also an excellent team player
• B.S. in information sciences or a related field
• 2+ years full software development lifecycle project experience
• 2+ years in designing and building .NET web applications
• 2+ years experience with Web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, ExtJS, etc.)
• 1+ years experience with related frameworks and technologies (Entity Framework, LINQ, XML, XSLT, Razor)
• Experience supporting systems in a production environment (IIS, SQL Server, Windows Server)
• Experience with Web Services, as a provider and a consumer (SOAP and REST)
• Experience with SQL and relational database technologies (SQL Server 2005+)
• Experience with source code control systems, branching, merging, builds, and deployments (SVN and Harvest)
• Excellent communication skills and documentation skills
