Software Mapping Analyst
* Manage multiple projects and priorities
* Able to learn EDI and B2B standards and formats
* Communicate effectively via email and phone with global customers and staff
* Design, develop and deliver kits and/or maps based on customers’ specifications and internal system requirements
* Analyze code to find causes of errors and revises programs
* Work with development to enhance, QA and troubleshoot product issues
The Mapping Analyst will possess exceptional listening, problem solving and communication skills. Must also be a self-starter, team player, who can multitask. Computer inter/intranet skills are necessary. Ideally the candidate would have an understanding and proficiency in EDI and XML standards, but not required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and SQL a plus.
