* 3+ years experience developing in VB 6/VB.Net/ASP.net
* Extensive experience working with MS SQL 2005+ (CRUD, Stored Procedures, SQL Scripts)
* Worked with User Interface Controls; such as DevExpress and Telerik
* Understands and follows Software Development Life Cycle
* Bachelors of Science Degree
* Ability to develop applications in both MS VB6 and MS VB.net and ASP.net
* Extensive knowledge of MS SQL 2005+.
* Ability to create custom reporting using Crystal Reports.
* Test applications by following an authorized test script.
* Gets first hand customer information and uses it for improvements in services and products.
* Communicates with the customer on specific design requirements and design questions or problems relating to the application and end use of the system.
* Builds customer allegiance by actively seeking information to understand both internal and external customers’ circumstances, problems, expectations and needs.
* Builds and maintains rapport and cooperative relationships with internal departments and sister sites.
* Shares information with internal customers to build their understanding of system issues and capabilities.
* Focuses on growth by working to meet business goals set by management.
* Identifies new ways to streamline the present operation and presents ideas to management.
* Demonstrates strong problem solving skills and exercises good judgment and appropriate discretion when reaching conclusions.
* Self motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
