Software Engineer
• Assist in the definition of overall Sports Media Group Frontend Technology Architecture as well as help evolve it over time based on feedback and new developments.
• Rapid prototyping of proposed solutions to be able to quickly confirm validity of approach as well as providing code template for more junior developers.
• Organize and perform Code Reviews.
• Define and implement unit testing strategy.
Education/Related Experience and background:
• BA/BS preferably in Computer Science
• 3-5 years or more Software Engineering experience building Websites and the related Backend Services.
Expert in CSS and Javascript especialy the evolving features of HTML5 especially as pertains to implementing Responsive Designs.
• Conversant with using the Platform Cloud to spin up Development and QA instances for Development Integration testing purposes.
