Software Engineer
• Participate in all aspects of software development including requirements analysis, effort estimation, technical investigation, software design and implementation, unit testing, and bug fixing
• Create and document detailed software designs
• Code, test, debug, and support Java in a client environment
• A minimum 5 years experience in commercial software development and product development
• Proven object oriented experience in Java or Javascript preferred but will also consider C++ or C#
• Proven experience with Object Oriented Methodologies
• Experience in delivering solutions for large and complex software modules based on new requirements
• Ability to debug existing legacy code/software is essential
• Experience in web technologies such as XML, CSS3, HTML5 in a variety of browser/OS environments a plus.
• Experience in mobile web application development is a plus
• Familiarity with the browser and networking concepts in Java Applets & Javascript apps is a plus
Education and Certifications
BS or MS Computer Science or equivalent experience
