lead Java J2ee developer

Provides direction to staff members and peers. Collects client requirements, performs analysis, writes program specifications and develops designs. Responsible for producing high quality deliverables in a timely fashion. Performs technical evaluation of products. Occasionally develops systems-related standards and procedures. Performs project management activities such as planning, sizing, staffing, scheduling as well as implementation activities. Responsible for analyzing and proactively managing problems and making decisions that impact overall system (s) and project (s) while acting independently.

Qualifications

7 – 8 Years experience in Java & J2EE: Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, JMS, Servlet, JSP, JMX, EJB, Web Services, SOAP, Rest, Apache software stack 5 plus Years of experiencein in Web development frameworks and technologies: Struts, Stripes, GWT, JSF, XML, XHMTL, CSS, JavaScript 1 -2 years of experience ANT, Maven, JUnit, JMeter 4 -5 Years of experience in OOA, OAD, UML Strong knowledge of website accessibility standards Expert knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies for client-side development standards Strong knowledge of Weblogic application server Strong knowledge of - Java Development tools (IDEs, JUnit, JProbe etc.) Version and Source Control Systems (Sub Version) Oracle Database with knowledge of PL/SQL & SQL and Application Performance Tuning Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Masters' Preferred 6+ years of information systems experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Excellent technical (e.g., systems design) and/or analytical skills PC literacy, including desktop applications competency (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, e-mail, etc.) Working knowledge of project management concepts Excellent business knowledge and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of information systems concepts In-depth knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures Scrum/Agile methodology experience on large project ( 3+ year)
