* Required technical qualifications
o At least 5-7 years of experience in software development.
o Enterprise level experience and excellent knowledge of OOP/MVC with PHP5 and MySQL on Linux platforms. Windows experience will be considered and both skills are a plus.
o Experience working with a LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
o Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON.
o Experience using SVN or other revision management systems.
o A strong foundation in computer science with working knowledge of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, problem solving, and software design.
* Preferred technical qualifications
o Experience designing API's, building web services, and able to design and implement database schema's.
o Experience with message queuing, job queues, asynchronous processing, and 3rd party platforms and applications.
o Experience with other programming languages such as C/C++, Perl, Python, or Ruby.
o Advanced degree in computer science.
o Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.
o Experience with VMware or other virtualization solutions.
o Able to build user interfaces from PSD files, wire frames, or functional specifications.
