Software Developer
* Working closely with the business community in the requirements analysis
* Hands-on technical design, and delivery of solutions
* Planning and managing implementation and deployment of technical solutions
* Assisting with quality assurance testing
* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience in Java
* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on development experience in J2EE Application Server/EJB/Hibernate/Spring/Struts
* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on development experience in JSP/Servlets
* Experience developing enterprise reporting system utilizing a Java based Reporting tool is helpful
* Minimum of 5 years of SQL experience
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Ability to engage business users in requirements analysis and deliver technical solutions
* Reporting SDK. For example, JReport, JasperReport, Cognos
* Experience with Asset Control
* Unix and shell scripting
* Struts or Spring MVC – 3+ year
* Oracle – pl/sql, sqlldr
* Knowledge of securities lending
