* Job Purpose –Develop cutting edge software that controls, operate, and maintain massive utility-scale solar power plants.
· Bachelor degree in physics, math, computer science, engineering, or equivalent for the first Software Engineer position. The second position does not require math related experience.
· 4+ years of professional software development experience utilizing C#, C++, SQL, and processes and tools on the Windows platform, such as Visual Studio, SQL Server, and TFS and MS Test Manager experience.
· Strong upper-level college math skills.
· Strong multi-year experience in multithreaded development and distributed computing.
Desirable Experiences:
· Software development experience in control engineering or robotics.
· Software development experience in power generation or industrial automation.
· Software development experience with scalable distributed systems.
· Software development experience with high availability/mission-critical systems.
· Software development experience with 3D computer graphics
