Application Developer
* Experience developing world class, front-end web applications
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Create technical design specifications and documentation
* Assist with defining development work plans
* Design, develop, & deploy application components
* Communicate development status and escalate issues to management
* Execute processes to ensure application integrity and availability
* May research alternative development methodologies and make recommendations for team improvement
* Experience in software design and development with strong fundamental knowledge of the SDLC
* Participates in defining and guidance of development coding standards
* Excellent communication (oral & written) and organizational skills, especially in regards to code analysis
* Solid experience in .NET, C#, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, jQuery, css and HTML5
* Experience with high traffic, high volume web applications in a web farm a strong plus
* Knowledge of web services and SOAP
* Strong knowledge of design patterns
* Ability and desire to write object oriented, efficient and maintainable code
* Ability and desire to write solid unit test cases
* Ability & desire to work in dynamic team environment
* Ability & desire to drive technology forward
* Proven ability to mentor other C#/.NET developers
* Proven A+ ability as a troubleshooter/problem solver
* Proven ability to deliver quality results on time with minimal supervision
* Skills, Abilities, Competencies
* Experience with Microsoft .NET (C#), ASP/ASP.NET, database programming with Microsoft SQL Server
* Experience with Object oriented development technologies
* Visual Basic 6.0
* Web Services, WCF, Remoting
* Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in a technical area, preferably computer science or engineering.
