Technical Team Lead
* Working closely with Sales and Sales Engineering to ensure customer issues and requirements are understood and addressed within Engineering
* Representing Engineering at appropriate customer engagements
* Helping to create and foster a cohesive, engaged, informed and knowledgeable Engineering team in Milpitas
* Minimum of 5 yrs experience in leading teams and technical management
* Strong Experience with virtualization environments
* Good understanding of Linux systems (particularly RedHat/CentOS/Fedora)
* Experience in IP-based networking protocols
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be self motivated and a team player
* Software Development experience is a distinct advantage
