Sr. User Experience Designer
* Define UI specifications and develop wireframes
* Engage Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to test and refine your designs based on field testing and customer feedback
* As required, work with visual designers to help bring your graphic design concepts to life
* Work with Product Development to determine, prioritize and design product features that consider the underlying delivery platform(s)
* Strong sense of web applications design for usability by non-technical users of all ages
* Experience with user interface design for games and entertainment activities; design experience for television is a plus
* Ability to use high level tools for application prototyping and development
* A compelling design portfolio and track record of success, especially in designing 10ft TV-centric user experience.
* Ability to use data and extensive testing to create the best TV user experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a self-directed role that cuts across virtually every functional group of the company across multiple continents
* Ability to meet aggressive deadlines for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* A balanced passion for what is possible and sensibility for what is practical
* A good understanding of CSS, HTML, Flash, and JavaScript
* Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work independently
* Bachelor’s in Fine Arts, Graphics or related discipline and/or advanced degree(s) in Interaction Design, HCI, Industrial Design, other computer-related design disciplines, Computer Science, or equivalent
