* Verification and Validation of software & hardware requirements
* Writing software & hardware requirements for fly-by-wire flight controls
* Aerospace Systems, Software, Electronic Hardware Process and Quality Assur
* Performing quality/process assurance for Airborne Electronic Hardware development for various avionics and Aerospace products.
* Assuring that development and verification activities are performed and are compliant with defined processes and industry standard DO-254.
* Defining development processes in compliance to DO-254.
* Bachelor of Science in a field related to Aerospace,Hardware or Electrical Engineering,
* Experience in AEH development desirable.
* Self-directing and willing to work in a teaming environment.
* Experience with Configuration Management tools such as DOORs and MKS a plus.
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
* Strong Computer skills (MS Explorer/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
* Candidate must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
