Senior UX (User Experience) Architect
· Architect a strategy for constructing a repeatable implementation of user centered product development. Champion the cause, drive adoption and evangelize for meeting end user’s needs through technology.
· Propose, plan, facilitate, moderate, and analyze results from usability testing, user research and market research into persona and usability objectives for new products.
·
· Build prototype experiences in creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop.
· Explain, defend, and instruct on design decisions based on industry best practice and persona usage.
· Develop and incorporate inherited CSS templates into production models.
· BA/BS in Human Computer Interaction, Usability, Human Factors, Industrial Design, Web Design, Computer Science or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· 10 years of experience working in interaction design, web-focused UI design, and/or usability.
· 4+ years of experience building and implementing a user centered product design methodology.
· Extensive portfolio of completed web focused design work.
