Application Integration Developer (ASP.NET)
* Develop applications using data sources from various cloud providers and internal systems.
* Design flexible effective integrations for HR and Finance systems.
* Consult effectively with other developers, DBAs and Software Engineering staff.
* Work directly with business users across the firm including Finance, HR, Legal and others to provide flexible solutions.
* Manage project deliverables across the entire project lifecycle from initial requirements analysis through to delivery.
* Empower business users to leverage data across the firm including Finance, HR, Legal and others.
* Secure data for authorised users.
* 4+ years commercial software development experience
* 2+ years of experience in developing ASP.Net MVC applications with C#
* Experience of using web services (SOAP/XML, REST etc.) and client side web technologies (AJAX, JQuery, etc.)
* Developing integrations with Microsoft SQL Server databases (SQL Server 2008/ 2008 R2)
* Experience of data warehouse, data analysis and database design
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, reporting progress effectively
* SQL Server 2012 experience
* Good understanding of integration frameworks and patterns
* Good understanding of SQL Server Security best practises (e.g. permission management, SQL injection attacks etc.)
* Ability to take new frameworks and software and demonstrate potential business benefits
* Good understanding of data quality issues and different solution options
