Business Analyst (Information Technology)
* Develop, test, deploy, maintain and support Informatica PowerCenter solutions
* Lead full life cycle development including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing and documentation including version control practices and technologies
* Communicate with business users to collect and understand requirements, socialize ideas among peers, and document work product
* Perform systems/data analysis to implement Informatica mappings and workflows, shell scripts and stored procedures
* Design and develop complex Informatica ETL processes that integrate data from Oracle
* Provide production support for created processes
* Provide performance improvement related guidance to the Informatica team members
* Work with a job scheduler application to design and schedule Informatica workflows
* Understand and write complex Oracle SQL statements
* Solid ODBC experience (3+ years)
* Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and Java
* Experience with database architecture, relational database diagrams, integrity constraints, database security using users, database and application level roles
* Technical experience in development using Web Services; XML based web service
* Must demonstrate the ability to analyze technical information and requirements to design and develop robust data integration solutions
*
* Bachelor’s degree in a related area
* 3+ years of significant practical experience in PowerCenter 8.6 or greater
* Must be flexible to working some Friday evening hours for after-market-close implementation
