Senior Project Manager
Ensure that internal customer requests submitted to IT adhere to the established request processes
Ability to facilitate complete and accurate tracking and reporting
Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects/work streams
Responsible for gathering and clearly documenting the business requirements for each project request
Assist upper management with scope/prioritization of projects
Responsible for ensuring quality deliverables through day-to-day project activities
Ability to work effectively with changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Proven experience and success managing multiple projects simultaneously [5+ Years]
Solid experience as a project manager in a software development environment [5 Years]
Full Lifecycle SDLC experience [5 Years]
Ability to work with and coordinate cross-functional teams including outside vendors [5 Years]
Proficient in Agile/Scrum SDLC; can synthesis requirements into stories & lead estimation [3 years]
Ability to organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up, retrospectives, demos, sprint and release planning meetings [3 Years]
Experience and knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Java, .NET, etc. [3 Years]
Proficient in Microsoft Project [3 years]
Proven ability to foresee future impediments and diligence to getting resolution
Experience communicating effectively with C-level executives, peers and subordinates
