•Recruit, mentor, motivate and review performance
•Plan, direct, coordinate activities for new projects and enhancements to existing applications.
Requirements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•A bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience in the IT industry;
•Minimum of three years application development management experience, including budgeting, supervising and planning for work groups with minimum of five years experience developing applications and system analysis;
•Strong track record leading the development of complex web technology experience – AJAX, HTML5, CSS3 preferred toolsets;
•Enterprise Level Application Development experience - Microsoft Development Suite expertise preferred;
•Agile methodologies—Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other agile credentials a plus;
•Experience managing integrated onshore/offshore teams a plus;
•Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills;
•Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational and customer service skills, as well as the ability to deal with all levels of associates within the company.
