IT Applications Engineer
Job Description-Overview
This role provides a unique opportunity for software professional to be able to work in multiple mission critical applications primarily in the area of Oracle Applications. The Application developer will be responsible for working closely with Business Systems Analysts and business partners to evaluate system requirements and implement solutions to address business process challenges.
SKILLSET REQUIRED:
· 4 – 6 years of strong technical design, development and support experience in Oracle Applications – Release 12 experience a plus!
· Strong technical experience in Manufacturing modules or Order Management / Service Contract modules
· Some experience with any of the following modules - Financials, HR preferred
· Hands-on experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow
· Experience with Discoverer Reports, XML Publisher, OA Framework (Oracle Applications Framework), Performance Tuning
· Excellent experience and solid understanding of technical architecture components including relational data model, APIs, object modeling etc.
· Experience with data integration tools and technologies (like Pervasive, Informatica, CastIron) a plus.
· Integration experience with major CRM systems (SFDC) a plus.
· R12 Implementation experience a plus
