Lead Java/Distributed Developer
- Lead JAVA developer with experience in web development
- Analyzing business needs and proposing adequate software solutions
- Assuring code quality and adherence to coding standards
- Providing advices and technical guidance for other team members
- Coordinating development effort with on-shore and off-shore contractors
- SDLC
Basic Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience in developing Java applications
Bachelor degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering)
Very good understanding of Spring Framework, message beans and J2EE
Experience in distributed and scalable applications development
Experience with MQ, XML, JSON, DB2 and Oracle Stored Procedures
Experience with Websphere (version 8.5 a plus)
Experience with HTML, HTML5 and other UI frameworks, including ExtJS (a plus)
Ability to deliver clean code covered with unit tests
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communications skills
