Sr. PeopleSoft Systems Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in computing, business, or statistics is preferred • Minimum of 5 years PeopleSoft Core HR module experience. • Experience in version 9.x or higher preferred. • Experience in additional HCM functionality a plus including but not limited to Payroll and OBIEE. • Successful completion of multiple PeopleSoft implementations and/or upgrades through the entire project life cycle including design, configuration, testing, and deployment required. • Experience should include preparing functional specs, creating and implementing test plans, implementing bundles, maintaining tables, developing and modifying queries, reports, etc., and designing and delivering end user training. • Understanding of modern system and software development processes, tools, and implementation technologies. • Multi-platform and networking experience or education preferred. • Requires advanced computer skills, good written and oral communication skills, training in business functions and in systems analysis and design. • Excellent interpersonal skills
