Sr. PeopleSoft Systems Analyst
Bachelors degree in computing, business, or statistics is preferred
Minimum of 5 years PeopleSoft Core HR module experience.
Experience in version 9.x or higher preferred.
Experience in additional HCM functionality a plus including but not limited to Payroll and OBIEE.
Successful completion of multiple PeopleSoft implementations and/or upgrades through the entire project life cycle including design, configuration, testing, and deployment required.
Experience should include preparing functional specs, creating and implementing test plans, implementing bundles, maintaining tables, developing and modifying queries, reports, etc., and designing and delivering end user training.
Understanding of modern system and software development processes, tools, and implementation technologies.
Multi-platform and networking experience or education preferred.
Requires advanced computer skills, good written and oral communication skills, training in business functions and in systems analysis and design.
