Chief Information Security Officer
Examine impacts of new technologies on the company’s overall information security. Establish processes to review implementation of new technologies to ensure security compliance.
Evangelize security within the company and provide security advice and guidance to all departments
Provide leadership philosophy for the Information Security Team to create a strong bridge between departments, build respect for the contributions of all and bring groups together to share information and resources.
Provide accurate and timely reporting on all project deliverables.
Must be a seasoned information security expert with demonstrated track record.
Strong knowledge of network-based and system-level attacks and mitigation methods, strong knowledge of system-level attacks and mitigation methods, and strong knowledge of application level attack especially web applications and their mitigation methods
Must be an intelligent, articulate and persuasive leader who can effectively work with executive management team and who is able to communicate security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff
Should have experience with business continuity planning, auditing, and risk, management, as well as contract and vendor negotiation.
BS, MS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
10 years experience in Information Security Management
7 years experience in a technical capacity.
10 years General Information Technology experience
Experience in online eCommerce is desired
Professional certifications such as CISSP and CISM preferred
