ASP.Net Developer
Design and develop .NET technical solutions for a defined project
Learn Oracle Right Now Technologies application framework
Create custom enhancements to Oracle Right Now Technologies instances
Ability to be flexible in technology applied for each project
Ability to participate in requirements elaboration and analysis
Adhere to a structured development environment
Work estimation and personal time/schedule management
Debug and maintenance of existing code
Integral participation in team meetings and .NET training sessions
Seek and Utilize support and coaching from others
Offer support and coaching on .NET to others
Staying abreast of the latest developments in application development and technologies
Status reporting and escalation of concerns/issues
Proficiency in ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#, VB Script, Javascript, D/HTML
Experience with RDBMS, MS SQL Server, Transact SQL
Proficiency with either application or database performance optimization techniques
Demonstrated understanding of methodologies: UML, OOAD, Unified Process
Experience in configuration of IIS preferred
