IT Architect
Qualifications 10+ years experience in the Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse area
10+ years of hands on experience in INFORMATICA suite of products including PowerCenter is required.
Experience in other Data Integration technologies a plus
Full understanding of ETL is required especially dealing with very large volumes of data
Data architecture and modeling experience implementing proper data structures for an ETL solution using tools such as INFORMATICA is required.
Full comprehension of SQL, cardinality, levels of granularity, normalized vs de-normalized, handling of slowly changing dimensions, auditing, database and tool optimization techniques and other such data architecture best practices is required. .
Expert in Dimensional data modeling
Knowledge and experience in the development & deployment of master data solutions and data warehouse data architecture for large data volumes and complex reporting solutions.
Strong data analysis skills, knowledge of Pharma data (covering the Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Managed Markets, Patient Services functions) and metrics preferred
Experience in complex data integration projects (with CRM platforms such as Service Cloud, Veeva, Siebel)
Concrete experience with and a wide base knowledge of general Data Governance principles, methodologies, and frameworks is a critical area of focus for the position including Master Data Management and Data Quality.
Education Bachelor degree for an accredited college or university with major coursework in Computer Science or Business Administration required.
