Sr. Application Support Specialist
Responsible for the delivery and maintenance of applications in support of Commercial departments.
Collaborates with IT to maintain system performance, system security and compliance requirements.
Technical SME for all system activities for software upgrades, implementations, and integration projects.
Coordinates system integration activities with both internal as well as externally with vendor applications.
Interfaces with external vendors at all levels to manage the relationship and ensure the proper delivery of services.
Identify, track and resolve all application problems; maintain system and data integrity
Manages all technical activities for software upgrades, implementations, and integration projects.
Collaborates with Internal IT and Commercial business representatives to assure systems meet all privacy and other regulatory requirements.
Collaborates with IT infrastructure to maintain system performance, system security and compliance requirements
Communicate and collaborate with users to analyze information needs and functional requirements
Minimum education requirements Bachelors
Experience required 5 - 7 Years
Knowledge & skills (general and technical)
Bachelors degree preferred and at least five to seven years information technology experience supporting the commercial business in a pharmaceutical environment.
Experience supporting and implementing Revitas CARs, Medicaid and GP Modules
Experience with Informatica and MDM in a pharmaceutical environment
Experience with Cognos Reporting Tool and SQL reporting
Ability to manage the selection, installation, and deployment of application icable.
