Software Engineering - IT Leadership

- Development of applications for Android, iOS and web (HTML5/CSS/JS Symfony2/PHP) - Immersion into the healthcare industry to create innovative solutions - Bio Sensor and Device Integration - EMR and PHR integration - Rapid prototyping of the new and evolving ideas - Project management following the Agile/SCRUM framework

Qualifications

The successful Software Engineering candidate must be authorized to work permanently in the United States. They must also possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding) which is reflective of all college coursework. GPA will be verified at both the time of interview and at hire. Candidate must have a willingness and ability to relocate geographically within the United States. Candidate must complete their most recent degree (either Bachelors or Masters) in the Fall 2014 or Spring 2015 semesters. This degree must be conferred between June 2014 and June 2015, therefore candidates with more than 1 year between their most recent graduation and the start of the program will not be considered. Candidates with more than one full year of full-time work experience will also not be considered (this does not include internships and/or co-ops completed while in school, or prior military experience). Candidates with work experience as an Intern/Co-op in Software Engineering or related fields are preferred, especially if those roles were completed at Johnson & Johnson or one of our operating companies. Top candidates must have demonstrated leadership skills, exceptional technical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, analytics and problem solving skills, initiative, enthusiasm, and the willingness and ability to learn in a dynamic environment. A passion for a career in the Software Engineering / Design is also a must.
