Senior Software Engineer
Preparing high-level & low-level design documents and involve in development of software
Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers.
Participates in and drives design sessions in the team.
Drives the technical resolution of issues arising from changes to scope, requirements, design, etc.
Participate & Review the Technical Architecture documents to ensure all required functionality is implemented
Works with Quality Assurance to transfer knowledge and develop the test strategy and validate the test plan
High transactional volume, 24x7, mission critical, real-time systems
Operational quality and customer satisfaction
Drive inefficiencies from the infrastructure
Design and implement highly scalable and operable solutions
Strong experience in building Java Enterprise applications
Demonstrable experience in using Glassfish server for Java applications
Strong experiencing in using MySQL in backend applications
Demonstrable experience and comfort level in working in Linux environments
Previous exposure or experience with Healthcare oriented Mirth Interface is a big plus
Exposure and some experience with PHP and MySQL based applications is a plus
Strong working experience on Core Java technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, JSP
Working experience of SOAP and REST web services
Proficiency in Web technologies including XML, CSS, HTML, Ajax
Experience with Java based aspect oriented programming techniques
Strong / deep understanding of OO design and associated modeling tools
Excellent trouble-shooting skills.
Experience in designing/development (design patterns) and testing of enterprise class systems.
Strong communication skills - verbal, written and listening
Ability to adapt to changing requirements
Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in deadline driven environment, and respond creatively to pressure.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
